This is nothing more than
a 'wall hanger'. No ukulele collection can be
complete without a kitschy one that says Hawaii, can
it? This one is cheaply made and won't stay in tune.
Condition: Surprisingly,
this little uke does have mahogany sides and back.
The top appears to be ash faced plywood. The neck
and head stock has been pieced together from some
unknown hardwoods. The fret board is painted and the
nut is wood. I have tightened the tunes but they
just can't handle the tension of tuned strings. And,
yes, it looks like there was a neckstrap knob
attached to the bottom at one time.
I wouldn't pay to have
this shipped, it's just not worth it, so consider
this a local pick-up only.
