1960's? 1970's? Kay A-Style Mandolin
Yes, my one and only mandolin. Too many strings for me to deal with. I have had no luck in definitively dating this but I believe it to be from the late 60's or early 70's based on the metal Circle-K logo. I don't know much (anything?) about mandolins and especially not about Kay mandolins other than what I've researched online. So, I present this to you as found. Please ask questions and I will answer them to the best of my ability. This includes the chipboard case that I believe is original. The case is in so-so condition.
